Technologies:
Tailored Carbon/ Fiber Replacement
The carbon/fibre replacements can be positioned exactly along the lines of force, which opens up completely new possibilities, especially in the area of the shovel. The shovel has a decisive influence on the ski’s performance. The stiffness, torsion and thus the skiing characteristics can be adjusted in a targeted manner via the fibre thickness and millimetre-precise alignment. In this way, the fibres channel the dynamics into the areas of the ski where they are needed. The visibly integrated Tailored Carbon Tips are light, enable agile shovel retraction with less effort and build up energy quickly.
Worldcup Ash Woodcore
This particularly elastic hardwood has so far only been used in World Cup racing skis and acts as an energy store. During the bending of the ski at the entrance to the curve, the fibres expand, absorb the stress energy and store it. At the exit of the turn, this total energy is released in a controlled manner, which gives the ski dynamics.
3D.Glass
3D.Glass improves the ski’s handling characteristics and stability, especially in difficult snow conditions. Compared to a classic glass construction, the three-dimensional and multiple folded layers of fabric in front of and behind the binding area result in increased edge grip and a more lively springback of the ski in the turn.
